Functional Physical Therapy is a physical therapist owned, pelvic floor specialty practice seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated candidate to work seamlessly with the team and patients in the role of Client Care Coordinator.

This is not a typical administrative position - this is an opportunity to develop relationships, impact the wellbeing of clients and work in a fun and supportive environment with the opportunity to grow professionally. The Client Care Coordinator is the friendly face that welcomes clients to the practice, and plays a vital role in our client’s care and optimal clinic function.

 

The position involves effectively interacting with patients and therapists in the clinic, answering phone calls, managing fax and emails, scheduling clients, following up with necessary documents with various providers, and maintaining office organization and presentation. Awareness of pelvic floor therapy is helpful; however, we are willing to train the right individual.
